Fraight cost
Fraight cost is based on the weight of your order. The easiest way to find out the exact cost is to place your products in the shopping cart and go to check out. There you will see the actual cost incl. fraight. Customers outside the EU shall pay the local tax and eventual customs cost beside the fraight cost.

Returns / Complains
If a product is incorrect the customer must make a complaint and return the product to Evince Cosmetics immediately (or within 14 days from arrival date).
